Today on the Alyona Show we continue our look at the isolationism of America through an interview with former CNN International Correspondent Walter Rodgers. Next, Alyona explains what really happened on Atlanta AirTran flight 297. In honor of the 68th anniversary of Pearl Harbor, Alyona talks with Daniel Goure of the Lexington Institute about whether or not the U.S. is ready for the next surprise attack. Alyona talks to Dr. Bernard Finel from the American Security Project about the potential global security issues associated with the hot button issue. Staying on climate change, find out how the oldest profession on the planet is trying to make a difference at Copenhagen.

  • I think america will be more isolationist in the near future and focus more on domestic issues

  • Socialist Globalists (Regressives) had to create this FALSE emergency before the people would accept Social-Fascist Corportist SLAVERY & the redistribution of money & power FROM the people TO Global Bankers, the Corporations they own & the corrupt politicians & Special Interest Groups they control through contributions.

$Trillions will be redistributed for "Green" technologies and CO2 trading schemes PLUS all the political power to be concentrated in Global Govt & New Global Financial Order.

  • I'm an isolationist. We are damned if we do and damned if we don't. If we intervene in other people's affairs we are criticized. If we mind our own business and do nothing we are criticized. If we are to be criticized either way then we should go the cheaper route. The money that we send to foreign aid could be used to fix our own problems, and a lot less of our servicemen will die for people that don't appreciate them. I doubt that the founding fathers envisioned us becoming the world police.

  • America is not a sovereign nation. It's being remotely controlled. It's been like that for a long time. We don't control our own currency. How can we be sovereign?

  • The first two and one-half minute of the show was good, but then it all went downhill from there. Worst part was when the host took one isolated incident as proof that Americans, in general, hate dark-skinned people. I don't have use for a TV host that's into race-baiting.

  • The first two and one-half minutes of this show was okay, but after that, it went all down hill from there. The real low point was when the host started race-baiting.

  • Who the hell shot this, a bunch of camera trainees? Either the programme director's a novice and should get a job at McDonalds or the camera operators are drunk.

Guys, this is not a live disco shoot. It looks like crap and if you're not good enough to actually keep the subject in your viewfinder in the center of the screen when you track, get training on how to do it right or get a job at McDonalds.

Jeezus, it looks like a bunch of chimpanzees were let in the studio!!!

  • To say that non American NATO troops are only stationed in the North is ridiculous. Both Canada and Britain have large contingents of troops in Kandahar and Helmand, two of the most violent Southern Afghanistan provinces. The Netherlands and France have also had large numbers of troops in these area. Being from Canada I can tell you that our current commitment in Afghanistan has strained our forces seriously. The US is one of the only countries that can sustain long term troop deployment.

  • Spanish-speaking passenger didn't understand flight attendants' instructions. Meanwhile, there's a guy named Ted Petruna who wasn't on the flight, no, not even in the same city(!) who wrote about the event and made it into something entirely different?!!? This reporting leaves me with more questions than answers. What a bunch of freakin liberal nonsense!

  • another cia operative get foiled before pulling off another false flag attack that we coulda used to go into pakistan? or wherever they want to go now.
