Let's Play Mega Man 6 Xtreme, Part 1 - Guns And Roses

Well, I came up with this concept a while ago while playing Mega Man 6 on the original Nintendo.....a whole new run of Mega Man 6, featuring some rather strict stipulations as follows:

1) I'm not allowed to use the Charge Shot.
2) Energy Tank usage is accepted.
3) I must defeat all 8 robot masters with the Mega Buster (including the rematches in Dr. Wily stages)
4) When facing the robot masters for the Beat parts, I have to defeat each robot master with their own weapon. If I run out of ammo, then I switch back to Mega Buster (Ex: I have to defeat Yamato Man with Y. Spear)
5) I have to stay in either Jet or Power adapter throughout the Mr X and Dr. Wily stages (this excludes the boss hallway and boss fights)

I appreciate the shout-out. :) Nice dodge at 4:44, and good idea for a video series! Clever of you to get the Jet Adaptor before going to Flame Man--I probably would have forgotten that I needed to charge up to survive otherwise...

@GeminiLaser yeah, I got to be honest....I'm surprised this turned out so well :) and your the one who motivated me to do this playthrough in the first place. But yeah, about the Jet Adapter, I kind of figured it was necessary to make it past the flame brigade without taking too much damage.

Haha, I like that you are doing this based off of Geminilaser's videos. I have been following both of y'all for a while now and I noticed both of your commentary styles are similar.

So does this mean that there will be no more LoZ:OoT Let's Play videos? I've been enjoying those. Kind of makes me want to do one of my own.

@CleanVideoGameNerd no no, far from it. I'm just starting this up for the moment. I'll try and get a new episode of Ocarina of Time up tomorrow as well as maybe do another episode of this tomorrow, while trying to get it done before college at noon.
