The video, filmed in 1990, for the song, "Surprise! You're Dead!", from Faith No More's third album "The Real Thing" (1989), their first with vocalist Mike Patton.

This video appeared in the band's video compilation, "Video Croissant" (1993), and later "Who Cares a Lot? The Greatest Videos" (1999). As of yet, both compilations have only been released on VHS.
