Landing in Las Vegas Southwest 737-300

Landing in Las Vegas from Los Angeles on the 737-300 operated by Southwest Airlines. Approach was very bumpy due to strong winds around Las Vegas and the pilot makes a funny comment about the landing after touchdown. This video also features a couple of Janet 737s, a private 747SP, a Virgin Atlantic 744, a Thomas Cook A332, and taxying and parking at the gate. Enjoy :-)

@HamburgAirport Nope, I actually use my digital cam for all of them, so no special lense just a Sony DSC-H50, and I got a new attactchment with a wide angle,macro, and HD

I wonder if NW would revise it's livery after the take over of Air tran is complete.. although it would be nice to see the current livery on the 717.

@hmasurg I don't know, becaue their was talk of WN getting rid of most of FL's 717s and keeping the 737s but that's stupid because of the pilots and everyone trained on the 717, so who knows what will happen.

@hmasurg Haha, yea it was so windy that day it was very cold in the city, but the flaps are dirty, it lets you know you're on a pretty old 737 I guess you could consider it a classic, but it feels good to fly on a 737 that's not a NG.

@Helicopterpilot16 Yea I checked in with the mobile app on my phone, so that helped and yea, yo ucan see the takeoff vid, it should be takeoff from LAX. I also love classics :-)

Wow those are some dirty flaps reminds me of SV.. lol.. I like WN.. flew with them a couple of times in 2006 (733 and 737-700) LAX-PHX-SAN-LAS-LAX

The next flights I do are going to be on 4 737-300's! I love the classics! Was the takeoff loudish from the back, and it getting the seat you wanted a hassle? Unless you checked in early! Great video!
