And, no, communism is not like Anarchism (addressing a lower comment of yours). It's end goal is supposed to be like Anarchy, but in reality and even on paper they are completely different. I've been studying politics closely for 5 1/2 years, do not argue with me. Partly because I know more than you, partly because I won't argue back. I'm trying not to get into political debates on the internet anymore.

By the fact that Somalia has borders with its International neighbours and it has a government means it is not anarchist. Just because the government cannot control or run the country does not make it anarchist. It just makes the need for anarchy greater because the state has so obviously failed the civilian population.
