  • @RonaldMcDickFace r u saying u cant fight at 160 pounds?

  • @RonaldMcDickFace I've seen 9 stone men wringing wet, knock big fella's out with a single punch. You don't have to be a monster to knock someone out IF you know how to deliver a punch properly. All I'm trying to say is that anyone no matter how big or small with no fighting skill are not going to benefit from listening to this bloke in the video.

    All the best.

  • @lordblighty Hey, when I say small, I don't mean Mike Tyson small. I mean a 150-160 pound guy who has no business being in a fight in the first place. This guy's self defense techniques are designed to inflict maximum damage while minimizing damage to yourself, then RUNNING AWAY. I don't think he'd even argue it's the best way to fight, but it's designed for who it's designed for. Training will ALWAYS beat lack of training, but sometimes an untrained dude has to do the best he can.

  • @RonaldMcDickFace How you doing mate, Yeah he is against punching but its the most basic and effective way of defending yourself! That alone is reason enough not to listen to this bloke. As for smaller men not punching with power. Tyson was significantly shorter than most of his opponents. Powering up with punches out of a crouch makes it easier to generate power, than punching downward at a significantly shorter man. The power comes from the floor up with all power punches.

  • @lordblighty This guy's definitely full of it when he says a hammer fist has more power and is more natural than a punch. He only says that because he's completely against punching...he believes it's far too easy to damage your own hand with a regular punch. There's also the fact that if you're a little guy, you simply can't get much power behind a punch no matter how well you throw it. All valid points. But you're right, a trained boxer would likely own someone using hammer fists.

  • I thought it was literally a hammer

  • i was thinking it was gonna be a real hammer

  • @joe37959 If it was an effective way of knocking someone out then boxers would of used that type of punch (if you can call it that) before the Queensbury rules were established. They didn't and the fact of the matter is that it isn't a natural way to deliver a punch and isn't a good way to get power into a punch either.

If it's such an effective strike whilst standing you'd see it used in MMA where it isn't illegal in the stand up. Who's ever used a hammer fist in the stand up?

    Garbage!

  • @lordblighty Boxers dont use the hammer fist because its against the rules

  • hahaha the second guy voice sounds so guetto
