I really wish there was music! If I'm not mistaken, this is the dance to Kawanakajima.

Yep, that's the one! Shoji sensei from Japan came to Australia and taught a bunch of us and she recorded herself singing but it was really scratchy. And to have added the music wouldn't have added much to it... Sorry!

This was great to see kenbu on youtube, not many people know it. I did miss the shigin that accompanies it, but I understand if the sound would be bad.

it's a sword dance, executed with the same willpower you need for kata. this is called "kenbu".
