dprjones vs VenomFangX Taking All Bets!

So. Taking all bets in the outcome of this particular legal battle. In which VenomfangX continues to issue DMCA's against various users on YouTube for "using his likeness and family protection." One in particular is dprJones who was known for helping to bring forth the charlatan that Venom was in regards to Sick Kids Hospital and also providing legal advice to tf00t back in 08.

Annotations include things like Section 6.C of the YouTube terms of service, as well as corrections on when Venom was gone and some sarcastic comments.

Bets! Bets! Taking all bets!

Not using real money of course (interwbz bucks), but in this we have several outcomes that people can bet on for this Legal battle.

1. VenomfangX terminates his channel by or before January 15th 2009, and leaves YouTube for a year.
2. VenomFangX does NOT terminate his website and goes to Court.
2a) dprjones wins the legal case.
2b) VenomFangX wins the legal case.
3. They settle this out of court like in 08.

4) PCS does not delete his account. Youtube permanently closes his account due to misuse of the DMCA. PCS re-launches his website during all this "media" exposure and attempts to position this entire thing as "those evil atheists versus the poor little Christian". PCS attempts to garner financial support from Christians for a fake legal challenge which will never occur. PCS will continue to promote his website via other users and sock accounts.

Shawn did remove his channel, but not before accusing dprjones of being a pedophile and trying to have people report him.

I'm not kidding. He actually falsely accused a father of a 6-year old girl of being a pedophile. I can't express in words how much of a scumbag Venom is. DPR should take him to court even though he took down his channel. He truly deserves to go to jail for this.

I agree, Christians can be annoying. I'm a Christian but a lot doesn't really seek the truth though they say they do.
