No, buy it if you want it, pirating Bumptop isn't that easy.

I just use the free version, barely any difference.

Most of this is just eye candy that wastes system resources, and the only thing I saw that isn't done better by windows explorer was the ability to highlight multiple objects, which a program called launchy does.
