Great job bike looks and sound sick. Question with the Yaffe 10" monkey bars did you have to change any cables or lines? Also do you have abs because i do and just wondering if the abs brake lines are long enough.

Sweet bike BRO!!!!!!....almost identical upgrades that im doing to my bike...another option that im going with is...for the lower speakers in the fairing im putting kicker 6 1/2" shallow mount subwoofers ...its a great little upgrade to get some bass in the system without losing any space from the bags...and a painted inner fairing....buttons it up nice....ride safe

@bayarea6464 10" Yaffe OEM Monkeys.
Sick bike! I have an 05 RG. What kind of windshield is that on the bike? How hard was it to install the second set of 6.5's that are on the bottom near the handle bars?

@gtspeed927 Patience. Dremel or 90deg drill with cutting bit will work. Some speakers are shallow enough to NOT notch out the glove box, but HD makes glove box liners so you'll never see the cut out.

That system sounds great and it's what I want to do to my Road GLide. Just a couple of questions. With the CDA105 what adapter did you use to keep the handle bar controls for the stereo and are all 6 speakers being powered the one amp?
In your earlier video with the stock stereo what 6.5" adapters were you using? When you were running just the four fairing speakers wiwhat amp did you use
Bribe36 1 year ago
@Bribe36 HawgWired has an adapter kit that retains the controls. The adapters for speakers you can find on ebay for around $35. Amp, Alpine KTP445. Plug n play with deck. No power or any other wiring needed. Mounts to the outter part of the radio mount on the left side if you're looking head-on at bike.
