  • @davidealessio So big muscles = nutritional knowledge? Interesting.

  • Okay noobs. Please read this as you all may learn a few things here. I myself do study nutrition and when I'm cutting down, yes, I tend to lean a bit more to nutrient dense foods and your so called "Low GI" simply because they are less caloric and spare me some nutrients.... Also realize Ian proves a VITAL point you all missed out... Theres no way around an energy imbalance. You eat more calories than you burn, You get fat, Fuck your stupid nutrient timing and being scared to eat good foods. Dur

  • @LiftingForLife Shiiiiiiiiit I better stop listening to all those average size medical professionals, those mother fuckers must not know their shit.

  • what is your opinion on dr mercola?

  • Drink enough water and you'll die too.

I wouldn't listen too much to those fab diets. There are certain foods that are more benificial for a good health and there are certain types of food which have hardly any benifits for a good health.

And it's all about moderation. Eat a good type of food in moderation, that's fine. Eat it in excess and you'll get side effects.

If someone defines their definition of 'good' and 'bad' food in advance, then we are on the right path.

  • @07Redstang lol

  • @BPlested Its only bad if you were to over eat them, keep it in moderation. If you are following IIFYM then you are eating in moderation.

  • who the hell listens to vegans. lol

  • @JustForJustin100 He did make some factual statements however the bulk of what he believed was misguided. The Atkins diet was an unmitigated disaster of pseudoscientific nonsense so I really don't know what relevance that has to this discussion. The fact that he "sculpted the bodies of Champions" doesn't carry much weight either as effective =/= optimal or correct.

  • @LiftingForLife He has also been shown to have been factually correct also. The atkins diet? Fats are good. Like I said he sculpted the bodies of Champions man, he obviously did know what he was talking about.
