I'm doing the ABC diet. (AnaBootCamp)
It's working really well.
I've lost seven pounds already.
I'm at 131.

  • you should go running or biking everyday maybe even yoga or some exercise with weights because you're not overweight at all and i can tell by the way you grab your stomach and pull at your skin you feel like that's fat, but really i think you just need to build up your muscle slightly and you'd be in really good shape. Remember weight is just a number on a scale don't focus on it too much. best of luck :)

  • I think if you toned you would be happier at your weight! Best of luck to you, everybody is different, When I am fit and in shape (which right now I have major baby lbs to loose) I usually weight 140lbs at 5'7 and look like I weight 130lbs because when I am down to 140 I have a lower body fat %....best of luck to you though :)

  • if youre 5'6"than the high is 145 normal is like 130 something. 115 is way too low. lose weight safely.

  • what is ABC diet? I want to lose weight too. I think it works can you tell me how to do it I don't know anything about it instead it help lose weight quickly.

  • @9xXrawrXx9 if you do then slowly increase your calorie intake 100 to 200 calories a week and your body won't gain weight back as fast!

  • its going to come off where it puts on first so just hang in there! You should try hula hooping! it burns about 100 calories in 10 minutes! I'll hula hoop during my favorite 1 hour shows and burn 5 to 600 calories in the hour! Good luck girl!
