Dis goes to mah main man, Nafiz.
I didn't know the song so well, but it didn't feel very hard to improvise as there are really only about 3 main chords/ingredients. Like a pizza...and it's pretty hard to screw up a pizza. Actually, I've eaten quite a few terrible pizzas. Crap. Metaphor OVER.
I'm sorry girl, you've got to really nail this. The album this comes from is outstanding. You know of-course, like Lou Reed's "Perfect day" that this song is about drugs?

Actually this version is the the La's key which is a minor third lower than the Sixpence key.

Nice voice :) Really suits this song. Maybe put the sensitivity of the microphone a bit lower and record again to avoid it over driving. And mazbe improve a little on the guitar. Other than that, really good :)

Beautiful!!! You've got this thing you do with your vocals. Reminds me of the female singer in the soundtrack for Prince of Egypt. Not sure what it's referred to as. Whatever it is you do it extremely well. Was a lead singer in a band (miss it) and this is one of the songs we covered.
