On Nov. 15 and 16, APEX Movement instructors Will Schultz and Ryan Ford taught parkour to 200 kids at Fox Ridge Middle School in Centennial, CO. In addition to learning basic vaults, jumps, balancing, and obstacle courses, the kids are also connecting parkour to physics and biomechanics as part of a science unit set up by APEX student and Fox Ridge science teacher Corey Davis.

Excellent program! Parkour needs to appear in all school P.E. curriculum. Really need to get P.E. instructors exposed if it can have an impact.
