@MrDonsorrell let me explain. ishinryu is a style of karate founded by ticky donovan. it is a mix of shotokan, kyokushinkai, and wadoryu karate. it also includes many katas from other systems, in this case, saifa from goju ryu. i(s)hinryu is not to be confused with the okinawan style called i(ss)hinryu. this makes inshinryu karate a great effective form of karate if you are not sure wat style to pick. =) its found commonly practiced in australia, canada and england.

This is not Isshinryu. What kata is this? In Isshinryu karate there are 8 kata without Weapons: Seisan, Seuichin, Naihanchi, Wansu, Chinto, Kusanku, Sunsu, Sanchin. These are the only kata that the Founder of Isshinryu Karate taught to the Isshinryu Students. I do not know what this is but it is not Isshinryu.

Oh dear some of that Bunkai was pretty funny - not very realistic attacks either.
