  • @TazPRoductionz : i dont think TheDeedatplus is disrespecting pther persons religions. He just made clear where he stands, when it comes to his own believes. So you know what lets not hate on each other due to different perspectives, but just respect it and keep an open mind. // hmm ok back to the video... : idefinitely wont visit xiamen during the high season.. Too crowded...

  • @ TheDeedatplus ; i actually think that those two old men didnt reply to that question since they heard your point of view and respected your point of view. And thus had no further comments :) and you know i think religion and lifestyles cant be put into specific boxes and charateristics or whatever since everybody has a different perfective. I think the fundamentals of all religions must be based on some form of pure goodness, otherwise why would they have followers right? :)

  • Let me correct you there, I AM NOT AN AMERICAN. The teaching of one God was from the time of Prophets,semetic religions, Jew, Christians and Muslims. Why do i need to open my eyes and see the world when I know myself and my religion. People who want to seek the truth and know the truth open there eyes and see the world.

    my religion says;

    You shall not make carved images or any likness of anything that is in HEAVEN ABOVE.

  • @TazProductionz Continuation~.. While I respect your religion, it teaches good morals, I do not feel you have the right to disrespect other persons religions. As Ghandi once said, "I like your christ, I do not like your christians. Your christians are so unlike your christ."

  • @TheDeedatplus Buddha did not claim to be god. Buddha claimed to achieve enlightenment. Praising the statues can have various meanings one of which is you respect them for being able to achieve enlightenment and ask for their blessing on your own path. You are a typical american. "[O]nly ONE GOD." You and other americans blatantly disrespect any religion outside of your own. Open your eyes and see the world. The christian religion is one of the youngest religions in the world. post continued~

    I went to Xiamen back in 2008. I really loved the place. Very clean city. I went this Nan Putuo Temple, and I saw people worshiping these Gold idol stone gods, and other statues in the temple. People were very very friendly with me there. There were two old men came up to me and said, bow down to these idols. I said I only bow down to the true and only ONE GOD. I pointed my finger towards Heaven. You can not see god at anytime. I asked Did Buddha claim to be God? No answer.

  • if you go there, DO NOT forget to visit the restaurant inside the temple, they have the best vegetarian meal in the world

  • Wish our family could go there some day.

  • thank you!!!!
