Pollution does not equal climate change - I do not know how many you require someone to tell you - but the longer you persists in stating a nonsensical idea the more it becomes apparent that you do not want to learn anything - you have staked out your simplistic position and when anyone contradicts, you are falling back on "oh what you say is too complicated so I do not have to pay attention" That the NY Times writes for sixth graders should appall - not be used in suppport of infantile ideas.

What you said is gibberish and gives no meaning to the discussion - you basically said pollution = climate change - that is complete nonsense. What I stated above is as simple as it gets - and quite frankly I do not want the decisions on global issues decided by grade schoolers - an adult should require a 'wee bit' more information than a 5th grader

What you explained is not in laymen's terms. What I said is. Laymen's terms simplifies MAJORLY, so that an elementary schooler can understand.

Really that is your laymens explanation of climate science - that explains nothing more than a definition o pollution which is just one variable. Climate science is the study of the short and long term weather cycles (with many many variable) with special interest on why long term trends suddenly change drastically.

I don't understand relativity, or quantum mechanics. So my theory holds. And "climate science" the smoke that comes out of the back of a car and other places traps bad things into the air, causing the weather to change.
