Have me as your personal online trainer at http://myhitechtrainer.com/tihealthandfitness Tuan Tran, All Natural Drug Free Bodybuilder/Powerlifter here my last day of hell week with my pull day. I am training Back/Traps/Biceps. Here is my first tri set, Barbell Rows for 4 to 6 reps @ 325. Second is Barbell Shrugs with the same weight. Last is Barbell Curls with just the bar for 20-25 reps. Wish me luck for the Musclemania Show in Miami. PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT PROPER EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • hey i noticed you do three parts every exercise (bi's back, traps) (shoulders, chest, tri's) i was wondering how many sets of each body part do you do and how many times a week you do each workout, thank you for your time, i was thinkin of switchin it up to try your routine is all

  • Tuan.. im supersetting.. doubling up on workouts.. if i start doing the triple like you do.. How many workouts should i run though?? I'm usually done lifting in about 45 minutes, should i just do the same workouts but tripple or is there a better way to train a tri superset? GREAT VID ITS ALL ABOUT THE PUMPS!! Keep posting plz
