  • There is a maximum time length for the sample so it really depends on the BPM of your source before you start the roll. You could do 16 beats if it's a fast enough BPM. Also, try tapping in the BPM at half-value to get double the normal length.

  • when you start talking about the note value lengths, you have it wrong ;) 1/2 isn't "half note", it is 1/2 of a BEAT, aka an eighth note. 1/4 on the display means 1/4 of a beat - or a 16th note.

  • Cool, but is there anyone out there who can tell me how many bars I can sample with the roll effect? I've seen examples of looping up to eight quarter notes, but is it possible to loop up to 16 quarter notes? Please let me know!
