All over the world people and governments stopped what they were doing to pray for and give a tribute to America. It was one of the most profound days in the history of the planet.

This video brought me to tears once more, over the tragic events that happened on 9/11!! This is just astonishing how the majority of the world came together to silently pray for those who had lost their lives, and for those who would have to continue to live life without their loved ones! This is, without a doubt, one of the most breathtakingly beautiful gestures I have ever witnessed in my life! God Bless all of those who remembered!! Thank You!!!
Well said madridboy! I am an American, born & raised; yet my family tree ties back to Scotland thru my Kerr family heritage! I will always remember the horrific tragedy that took place in Lockerbie in '88, as I will always remember the tragedies that took place on 9/11! Thank you for your words...they're immeasurable towards the love, honor, & respect of all of our fellow brothers & sisters who lost their lives at the hand of evil! God Bless the USA! God Bless Scotland!!
Damn - they made you kids do what? Shit - when I was in high school they had trouble making people do the pledge of allegiance - but at the same time we had DARE 3 out of the 5 days of the week so...
Nor did mine.... Not my school either. We did last year. But I guess its not a 10 aniversity or somthing. But life go's on and there are bound to be somthing more terrible then 9/11. We we're lucky they didn't use fighter jets.
It was 8 years ago, and I was still in grade school.
But I'll never forget this.
Thank you, to all good people of the world. When tragedy strikes, it is not the evil that prevails, but rather the good of multitudes of people of all nationalities and backgrounds coming together as one.
