Hello I'm the chick who plays the game on this walkthrough with NemoKingdress and to answer your question yes you will get the Bad Ending. In order to get the Good Ending you must do all that extra stuff with Kaufmann(the guy with the briefcase) and to add a + to either ending you need to throw the red concoction at Cybil. If you don't do either of these things you'll get the Bad Ending and if you just save Cybil you'll get the Bad +.

wtf?? i did not found that part with the goofing around with that guy with the suitcase. And less with the empty bottle how was i supose to know that i had to use that red thing. I killed cybill will i get a bad ending??
