Bentinho has such a naturalness about him. He is so open to life as it is without any grasping for a reference point outside of his own aliveness. He is a breath of fresh air!! He helped me realize how caught up in my own story I have been, all the while missing the natural joy of life in the moment. Like Bentinho describes in this interview, I too have lost that natural childlike joy in just being. I am now reclaiming it day by day, experience by experience. It is a wonderful process.

Yes it seems like such a foren thing to do, but I found that when I stopped fighting or resisting something I didnt like about myself or a past hurt/fear/whatever, I basically accepted it and embraced it, and through that I could heal that part of me much easier. That is what made me who I am today! I found all teachings are tools. And I Loove Bentinho! <3
