Dind´t like the tempo and absolutely didn´t like the way he sings this aria. The way he ends every phrase so abruptly is terrible. The voice is ok.

He`s just a guy probably a baritone

who`s sings in falsetto voice so he`s a counter-tenor

and a really good one,

check out counter tenor you find more guys who sing like him.

It has nothing to do with a "tranny", in those days many female parts of the opera were written for counter-tenor, or castrato( boys who were castrated before puberty) so they had no voice break
