Gm Robert Castro was asked to come and do an interview for Filipino History Month. He was asked to briefly explain Filipino Martial Arts, Filipino History, to demonstrate and to talk about his art known as Eskabo Daan. Everything from the use of weapon to empty hand and everything in between. Many of the techniques are done with and without the use of a weapon.
