Obama Approves of "Louisiana Purchase" and Says it Applies to All States

Barack Obama told Bret Baier that he approved of the Louisiana Purchase. He also said it applied to all states that experienced a natural disaster.

Of course Obama approves of it. To Obama is was just a $300 million dollar vote. And the $300 million came from the stimulus that was to be used to keep unempolyment from going over 8%.

That earthquake caused very little damage ($200 million). That's hardly a "catastrophe" given the cost was only 2%, yes that's right, 2% of the last year's major events such as fires, tornadoes and drought which totaled FIFTY times as much in damages ($10 BILLION according to NOAA).

I think he said "provisions", not "purchase" with regard to Lousiana.

I never heard him say "Lousiana Purchase".... maybe someone can point out the exact min:sec point where he says.
