  • This is a beautiful folk song Victoria and you bring out it's best feature, storytelling with your glorious vocals. Banjo PAterson is the author of this poetry. Could you change the E to an A ? :)

  • Wow! you're very very brave playing that in Oz! I suggested Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport to Richard G (Aussie Ukulele guy) and he dismissed me in no uncertain terms! Haha but we've got Rolf Harris who wrote it living here in UK where he is a national treasure!

So well done Victoria and I hope you had a great time in Aus!

  • I never cared much for this song...until you sang/played it!!! Then again, you could sing the "Phone Book" [if they still exist] and it would be GREAT...BRAVO!!!

  • Finally catching up on YouTube and watching this. Such a fun video! I loved seeing you do this live at the Tank Centre too. Your version of it is so beautiful!

  • Ah, so you were recording... Awsome version Victoria, tonight the odiens was mad for you!

  • Lovely! It's hard to believe you are halfway through your schedule of covers! Great idea and very enjoyable :-)

  • So good!!!

  • okay, i admit it. i sang along.
