Important Note: These exercises are shared for educational purposes and your continuing progress to greater health and performance. Please be sure to consult with your physician or relevant member of your Healthcare Team before trying any of them. We all come at these from varying backgrounds with varying degree's of "baggage". Last thing we want is to get injured as a result. Once cleared or with the understanding that you feel capable of performing the movements safely, then by all means go for it. And all the best to you!

  • This is a great video series. Definitely more thorough than any products I have purchased that taught the spinal rock. I am on day 1 of week 1.

Once your technique, structure, and breath are all very good, would doing the spinal rock on a hardwood floor still involve some pain points on the backs of your hips and vertebra? I am wondering if I can use the amount of pressure on those hot spots as one potentially indicator of progress.
