This guided day of skiing in RMNP with Eli Helmuth of ClimbingLife Guides takes place on some of the steeper slopes on the north face of the east ridge of Hallett Peak, often referred to as the "Dream Lake Chutes". Eli and Eric Sparks enjoyed powder skiing on a calm day following two storms that deposited up to 18 inches of fresh powder on these slopes with angles up to 50 degrees (and vertical) where Eric and Eli did a couple of uphill and downhill laps on this perfect day of backcountry skiing in one of Colorado's best 'off-piste' parks.
