@LightBulbxXx How how HOW can anyone actively dislike this song? Of course we all have different tastes, but I can't see how anyone can hate it. Wow.

@L33woods .. and 7 ppl are "the other guy"

@ferlbahoo Amen. What a beautiful song. The composition, voice, melody - all about as perfect as can be. I love how Neil perpetually finds new arrangements of the old classics that sound as good as, or better than, the originals.

OMG he's using a capo...I'm soooo going to use one for this song now lol...

Seven people don't know perfect music when it's being played right in front of them.

I prefer this to the version on the album :D

My dad loves Crowded house. We used to get our broadband with Tiscali, then we changed to NTL- much faster and a more reliable connection. Dads idea. This one of my favourite songs of all time :)

@L33woods Lovely interpretation. I agree 100% but I still think it's a mushy song because of the emotion behind the song of a man in love with a woman. As a woman, I have a *sigh* moment every time I hear it.

Once in a lifetime musician here, we truly are lucky to have heard such beautiful music from a great man

God, I absolutely love Neil Finn's music. He's one of the finest songwriters of our times.

This song is so beautiful, yet so desperately sad.
Many people think it's a mushy love song, when infact it's about a guy who's deeply in love with someone who doesn't feel the same. She's in a relationship with another guy, but runs to Neil when things are getting rough. He's her shoulder to cry on, yet he wants so much more.
These lyrics cry out with heart ache.. "Do you want my presence or need my help? Who knows where that might lead"
A stunning song, but so sad.
