  • Sorry to bother, I have a question mate. My DR 202 when I turn it on says "SYSTEM ERROR / PRESS ENTER KEY " after I do nothing happens. Has this happened to you before?

  • @cearleywine The ONLY reason to use step rec. mode is if you need to program velocity or filters opening up or whatever with precision. I don't know if this instrument even offers velocity control for filters in step edit mode anyway. If it's just hitting the note in time then step editing is a complete waste of time. Unless you have absolutely zero rhythm. But then again, if you didn't, you probably wouldn't be into creating music.

  • I've yet to use the step mode, it seems way more tedious than to play it live.
