"mi scusi, buon uomo" means "excuse me, good man". "le cinque e trentacinque" is 5:35. "...e trentasei" is "[now it's] 5:36." "Ha mangiato il ciughino?" is "did the donkey eat?" "No" means "No". "Senta!" is "listen!" "Io le alzo" is "I lift them up"

The first time the man says "le 5 e 35" which is 35 past 5 and when he says "are you sure?" he tells "36".. Anyway I lol'd the first time I saw it
