I think this is a great idea. The dogs will get more exercise this way. Healthy dogs are a must. Keeps their minds active while the owners are at work. Boredom leads to bad behavior in dogs, this would help with that certainly. A tired dog is a happy dog! I think that it's not a lazy issue on the owners part. Good for them in finding ways to make the dog happy. These machines aren't cheap, only someone who gives a crap about their dog would invest in one.
