Diamanda Galas is an acquired taste, you gotta admit that. :) Her stuff from before her collaboration with John Paul Jones in 1994 is a lot like this -- really deeply spooky and unsettling stuff. Listening to her is like getting a scenic tour of hell.

All the people mocking this as "not talented" or "not music/art" do realize she's a classically trained opera singer with a 4 octave vocal range, right?
To put it into perspective, Elvis only had about a three octave range, Pavorotti two and a half, and so on.
I'm quite sure she can do what she wants and your opinion means nothing.
