Good point. Although I'm talking about the utilitarian case for free markets, which hitler certainly didn't support. Anyways I'm sure we agree that the primary point is justice, and that the utility case is powerful alongside it.

Spiggity: Yes, you are right about including the "It works" argument, because it is true, and people can see it, but at all times, the that must ACCOMPANY the moral argument, because.. Hitler was a utilitarian. And his system "WORKED" for Germans. He was in power for a long time before WW2 broke out, and restored peace and prosperity to Germany. He had many followers even in the USA (Joe Kennedy and Charles Lindbergh included)
