  • @AdR1aN43 Going to failure is your choice. Intensity varies on the person. I have people train to me and although we don't go to failure much, by the end of the workouts they can't move.

  • @CampbellFitness forgot to say my main 2 goals r 1;bigger arms and 2; vtaper

best way to get em.arms on its own i know. lateral raises? pullups?

  • @CampbellFitness my diet is fine:) but should i make ur routine tougher n more intense by going to failure. if i go to failure n rest 2 mins i can usually gwt the same reps again r maybe 1 less. eg;if i do incline dumbell press to failure. set 1=10 reps 2=10 reps 3 = 9 reps. also i could do forced reps..i tell u cus i saw ur vid sayin not to go to failure but i feel workout isnt done unless i go to failure. waitin for arms day;)

  • @AdR1aN43 The Yates workout? It's a bit tough b/c the first 2 sets are kind of looked at as warm up sets and the third you're supposed to go all out til failure. You can use the beginning bodybuilding one I have, but you need to make sure your diet is in check as well.
