She has looked unkept and then they made her look 'Glam & Processed' for her "Pure Schuur" disc. Besides at this level of talent, consider yourself lucky just to be able to listen to Diane, and hope she's happy doing what she likes to do. Personally, I think the juxtaposition of her voice and her 'normal-person-appearance' is frankly half the fun of introducing her music to friends; they are never prepared for the stunning range of this woman's vocal skills.
