Alright, here's my advice....take it, get paid or be a 'drunk loser'.
1st, Remember exactly what you were doing prior to your arrest. Did you present a danger to yourself or others around you? Did you have an open container? Also, remember exactly what you said to the police? Also, you were humiliated in front of the public.....was it there intention to do so???
Get a lawyer, you don't have to pay untill you win....

Ha ha ha I was there in burlingame ca the guy is getting arrested for being drunk in public while waiting in line for iphone for some guy that was supposed to pay him 1200 by the way he waited in line for 16 hrs thats what you get when you mouth off to cops !
