A live demonstration showing how to use the indicator lights on an ISDN NT-1 device to determine if a line fault is from the network side or the customer equipment side of the demarcation point. Several types of NT-1 devices shown.

These clips are taken from live ISDN training seminars conducted by Andrew Kauffman, between 1998 and 2000. Mr. Kauffman currently provides custom training classes in digital telephony though out North America and also provides "Target Client" contract sales services for network access equipment manufactures. He also accepts contract assignments as a "Product Evangelist" for equipment clients and is available for wide area network design and analysis consulting projects for enterprise and government clients.
