  • @d4liife You're a fucking retard. You're probably one of those people who think anyone can be a professional powerlifter or bodybuilder if you just do steroids like they do. Also, while we're here: Brian Cushing passed a polygraph test that he didn't do steroids. Take that as you may, but that's one of the same tests natural bodybuilding federations use on their athletes. If he did, it still proves absolutely nothing. He still puts the work in

  • HGH and steroids make average athletes. or below average athletes into professional athletes....they also make you into a CHEATER.

  • Brian..ur effin hott!!!

  • @tremizzy3 hahahah he glides and his and is funny and looks chubby hahahahhaaha

  • @adarqui: holly god, you're the skinny insane guy that wants to reach 130lb in Tnation. Your thread is fuking hilarious lol.

  • @jordanindenmark any "bodybuilder" with even remotely large legs is not going to be doing 1/4 squats jackoff...look at Branch Warren, Johnny Jackson, Ronnie Coleman...I rest my case

  • @jordanindenmark Yeah, most IFBB bodybuilders weighing at 300 lbs probably aren't going to be able to do that, I'm only an amateur bodybuilder weighing 220 lbs and I can definitely get my knees to chest

And whats with the 1/4 squats? If anything bodybuilders are going to be doing fuller squats than most people

  • @NJnaturalBB It isn't a myth... I'd love to watch a bodybuilder attempt to get there knees that high into their chest. For the record I am referring to the nonathletic, bulky, 'Puff' muscle that is common among bodybuilders, muscleheads that crank out 1/4 squats at heavy weight to look cool, and Jersey Shore 'juiceheads'.

  • mmmmm steroids

  • @jordanindenmark Your right, muscle mass hindering flexibility is a myth.
