English class at Boushoura pre-school in Treguine Refugee Camp, eastern Chad, using textbooks provided by Book Wish Foundation ( http://www.bookwish.org ). More than 1200 Darfuri refugees are learning English thanks to generous donations from the public (like you!). The textbooks used are from the Headway series, discounted by publisher Oxford University Press. Air France discounted shipping to Chad.
Filmed in June 2009 by humanitarian aid worker Anne Goddard, then Education Programme Manager for UK charity CORD ( http://www.cord.org.uk ).
