@wamyen This suggests drug use. No amount of adrenaline is going to get your through getting headbutted in the nose AND getting kneed in the groin. I personally don't care what the drugged up car thief is feeling as he gets a deserved and justified pummeling by the cop, because if he assaulted the cop, he'd more than gladly assault my wife and loved ones to get what he wants too. @justaguy2001 First off, you have a perpetrator clearly resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer. The police officer showed admirable restraint (pepper spray is very low on the force spectrum), the police officer tried grappling the suspect before moving to hard tactics (I.E. punching, kicking,headbutting) before moving to a choke. The police generally have to have proof before arresting someone for vandalizing a car, and the man was CLEARLY taking damage that should have downed him.
