Monome-esque Midi drum sequencer built using AtMega168 and a few other chips. (work in progress)

The sequencer does not contain any sounds. It only sends Midi data to an external sound source. In this video the sound comes from Ubuntu PC running Fluidsynth with Fluid General Midi Soundfont.

There are buttons like those available at Farnell, at least. Probably other electronics suppliers online like Mouser. I'll look up some part numbers for (relatively) cheap led-lit buttons if you need any

  • Seems like a cool embedded project! Great work.
