  • Your cooking videos are awesome!! I have a question. The red spatula you use for cooking is made of fiber or plastic or rubber? Does not it get spoiled with high heat?

  • @mona3roop : The spatula is heat-resistant, hence we are able to use it for cooking. t is made of silicone.

  • hi hetal and anuja...... ur videos are awesome.... and now a days i don call my mom for any of my kitchen queries, i jus watch ur videos for all of that. U people rock....

  • @greatman880 : Thank you but we hope you still call your mom (for other things) - they are the best :)

This is one of our earlier videos. We've since acquired better sound equipment. Hopefully, you'll get to see some of the newer ones.

  • I suppose Kadhi can be made many ways, however PUNJABI Kadhi DOES NOT USE ONIONS

PAKORAS are made with ONLY Besan Batter

Pakoras are Soaked in water for 10 minutes before they are introduced in the Curry to ensure they are soft

  • What a nice dish, well done girls, I will try and make it on Sunday

  • I am Punjabi, but I don't like spicy hot food. In our family we do not use any green and red chillies, they are way too hot. My Dad was born in Amritsar and his whole family does not use any chillies. We only use black pepper when we cook. Many dishes we only use turmeric, salt and black pepper. Sometimes for certain dishes we will use am chor and cumin seeds. I only like mild food.

  • @ShowMeTheCurry ur rite.... i have one more question to ask u... i watched the tamarind chutney video, and u've used the paste. Now here in baroda, Gujarat we only get the whole tamarind. so can u pls give me the measurement as to how much of tamarind can be used.... thanku.............:-)
