Is Jesus For Real? (talk 3 - part 4)

A couple years ago I was struggling with my Faith wondering if it was wishful thinking about God really coming to Earth as a man and dying for me.

I thought I had to have blind Faith and all the stories I heard about Jesus and the Bible were nice stories but I didn't know if it was true.

I didn't know if my life was worth living and giving everything up for Jesus if I didn't have that assurance of Truth.

My prayer was for God to show Himself more and give me more evidence, outside of The Bible.

This 3-part talk and (the book) The Case for Christ were the answer to that prayer. It's a series that was given by Pastor Joe Coffey over a weekend retreat to our college ministry.

Because it was such a blessing to me I had to put it on here.

Hope it answers your prayers and gives you comfort in knowing that He really did live, really is the Truth and really does want you with Him for eternity. Enjoy!

If Jesus died for our sins at the cross and all we need is to believe, is there any difference do we visit church or not because we have been saved already?

@JaakkoAA going to church doesnt make you a christian...like being in a garage doesnt make you a car. you go to church for equipping and fellowship with other believers. check out the book of acts.

God does not make mistakes, the Bible says He has the number of hairs counted on our heads and He knows everything about us,our thoughts ,worries and issues. The great news is is that He loves us more than we could ever imagine, and has sent His son Jesus to die on the cross for us. The question is will you invite him into your heart and develop a personal relationship with Him? He stands at the door of your heart waiting to radically change your life!  God Bless

Are you sure it's a problem? No... it's not a problem at all you should try it too. But of course I want it to be true because otherwise life would not have any meaning really if we just die and vanish.
