  • Good advice. In less than a minute the guy tells it as it is. Some of the comments below are from pernickety fucks, most of whom have no doubt never set foot in a boxing gym.

  • @ffox91 yes boxing is cheapest sport to train is n't that a good thing ? the only thing u need is a hart, will and discipline. your blaming boxing for giving people who don't have anything to become a world champions, What about mike ? he trained hard and become a world champion hes act out side ot the ring hade nothing to do with the sport of boxing. Muhammed ali? yea there is a risk in boxing like in any other sports so what!. . just shut up and go do gymnastics.

  • @samuraihc13 noo lol. im talking travel soccer where you havea trainer and my club that i play for is thousands of dollars per season

  • I'd like to be someone that you would not intimidate but... I've too much compation too punch. -_-

  • is 28 too late to start boxing?

  • He forgot sparring.

  • is it wrong that i would want to do boxing training to get in shape ? i've never been a fan of mass building in gyms because its 50/50 show to purpose built muscle for me. i prefer 100% purpose built muscle with the added benifits of speed and agility in terms of footwork and balance.

  • boxing is more than just a sport, its a way of life

  • Great advice for a 41 second video. You'd need hundreds of hours of video just to scratch the surface of boxing basics. The sweet science, baby.

  • @NerksGB hahah I dont understand.... Are we talking the same soccer here which is 10 of your mates and a ball?

  • @samuraihc13 there's much more expensive sports
