@oak415 Serial Killers are mostly white because (unfortunately) crime is often under reported and under investigated in areas with mostly minorities. Most people assume that all crime is just normal crime in those areas.

MOST INFORMATION is wrong! they talk about the howling dogs demons and crap, but it is said a detective veteran interviwed berkowtiz and he confessed that he made all that up incase he got caught that he was insane and that the real truth was, because of his hatred to women and his mother and that he felt sexually arroused by killing them..
