Square Enix Ruin all my games, they ruined Supreme Commander 2 and didn't allow Gas Powered Games to enable Modifications for people to mod it like they did in the orginal, Dungeon Siege 3 same story as SC2 and a host more of games.

@Nate1185 what is this guy talking about mmo's suck final fantasy should not be online at all. they need to
get back to what it should be and if he is having problems with the game on his computer get a BETTER ONE
or get a ps3. this guy is an ass. anything after FF 10 does not match up to the rest of them that have come before it. hahahahahaha on jleack.

great review i can tell you really wanted to like this game so i know i just watched a really honest review. maybe they will do what most game developers do these days and basically release a patch to make this game what it should have been at launch

im thinking about getting on FFXIV. is there any updates thats been done? hows the gameplay now @ 2012? pls keep me posted cause i dont want to spend money on ps3 and whatnot and regret it. thnx

@TheGracefulSalvatore The game has been routinely updated, and it's a lot better not then when it came out, but it still has numerous flaws. Auto-attack has been added but gameplay is largely the same. I can't recommend it in it's current state.
Furthermore, a huge update is being launched later this year called FFXIV 2.0 which will revamp the entire game. The PS3 version will come out around then, and at that point the game might actually be recommendable.

Wow this review seems a ton more open-minded than the gamespot review, despite that they both give the same score. The gamespot review basically just said "this is dumb, this is stupid" etc.

@Nate1185 Thanks for the compliment. I guarantee that I know more about FFXIV than GameSpot and definitely wanted to like it more as well.
