I have no respect for pink covering Janis. Her music is regular mainstream pop (at least she started that way and has been for a long time)
Just because she has a raspy voice doesn't mean she does Janis justice. THERE WILL NEVER BE A SINGER LIKE JANIS AND PINK DOES NOT EVEN COME CLOSE! In fact you could put all the singers out there today together including pink and they would not have 1/10 of Janis' talent or soul.

She is one of the, if not THE most talented, natural and inspiring performers out there.
Her voice is simply amazing live and on record and she has her own style. Unlike soooo many other of todays female singers.
