Great points! Be sure to checkout the scrum video on our channel. Hopefully we've succeeded in promoting scrum without propagating misconceptions like axosoft.
The point remains -- If someone is willing to take the time on xtranormal to make a video like this, perhaps they should've put those efforts into making a video that they deemed correct? Furthermore, the 'points' that this video makes are weak, at best. You can't expect a 10 minute video to cover everything.
It's about time someone corrected the misinformed video from Mr. Shojaee. An actual Scrum expert, Bas Vodde, asked Mr. Shojaee to take down his video due to its role in propagating misconceptions. Of course Shojaee refused.
I respectfully disagree. Having taken the CSM course, I think that video is a great way to explain the basics of how Scrum works to your sales organization who need to learn some basics. It certainly isn't 100% accurate, but what do you expect when you try and detail something that ordinarily requires a 2-day class in under 10 minutes? Furthermore, rather than spending the time to create a video to discredit someone, perhaps create your own tutorial video that covers the topic 'correctly' ?
Thanks for pointing this things out; however, I didn't understand anything.

The graphics of this video reminded me of those Geico commercials that claim they were made in only fifteen minutes.
