Mosca starts with an off color comment. Kapp aggravates Mosca after rubbing a flower in his face & then "hitting," Mosca with it. Mosca responds by knocking Kapps eyeglasses off with his cane, only to just miss Kapp's head a 2nd x.
Agreed, Kapp should not have jammed the flower in Mosca's face, although it appears to be a very lame attempt at trying to lighten the moment. He should've walked away, or given the flower to a female guest, instead he drops the mic just before he drops Mosca (who can't stand anyway without his cane).
Punching Mosca is tasteless. He is disabled. It doesn't matter if he over reacted or that he used his cane. You walk away. You don't punch out someone who is unable to stand.
What you don't see here, but appears in the full length version at about 7 minutes in, Kapp really shows his distaste for Mosca & his lack of class by telling the story in which he refers to Willie Fleming who Mosca tackled in '63. Willie has a dog named ANGELO & he wanted Mosca to know that he kicks the shit out of the dog everyday. REAL CLASSY.
